		<description>Great insight for how producers can improve their work flow with their production team members. I also like how MediaSilo solves important needs like the ability to generate and manage transcript text content. Video is the most engaging content available, but it can&#039;t be properly indexed and discovered without the use of text for Google and the other search engines to pick up on. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Nice job Dan.</description>
